From June to October

The move went pretty well. We have lived here since the end of July. That is Jenna and myself. The girls actually moved down at the beginning of July with their grandparents.  We have enjoyed many days outside for a change. The kids have been growing their bike skills. We all love living in Chesterfield.

Alyson started First grade this year. Her teacher is Ms. Loviza.  We found out in July that she has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  I always kind of figured she did. The kid never stops.  She is like me in that way.  She is like a sponge in school. Absorbing everything at a rapid rate.  She also has speech this year. April of last year, the school said that she needed therapy twice a week. This year she has speech therapy once a week and I am not entirely convinced that she will need it all year. She is making leaps and bounds in her speech.

Andrea started seventh grade this year.  She has four classes per day and I'm pretty sure that her favorite class is Home Economics. They call it something else but that is what it basically boils down to.  She's had kind of a hard year so far. She was having problems with her leg, we found out that she had tendonitis. Then she got sick and ended up at the clinic. Then there was an incident at school in which she got kicked in the hip of all places.  Otherwise she is doing pretty well. Just dealing with becoming a teenager and all that it can entail.

I have been working from home. I love it.  My Penn Foster education expired and I did not finish the certificate. It makes me sad and mad at myself. I should have gotten it done. However, I have applied for college in order to get a degree in Accounting through Thomas Edison State College. This is the same college that Jenna is currently enrolled in for her Business degree. Jenna is the name that James has chosen for the second phase of his life as he is transitioning.  The transition has been in the works for the last couple of years but we have mostly kept it to ourselves and family.

I believe that Jenna and I will be starting a blog about the new journey we have as a couple and family.  Look for it. Please keep in mind that I will not accept negativity and unkindness on any blogs that I participate in.

I have also attached

a couple of pictures of the kids and Jenna :)

Hope you are all well.
