Busy Weekend Ahead

This weekend is going to be crazy. We have so much going on. Today is picture day at school. Andi is wearing a cute red/white dress. She's such a girly girl. Alyson and I need to try to deliver an Avon order. Otherwise, we need to spray paint James' hat for his costume that he is wearing to the Rally to restore Sanity/Fear in DC. We also have to get some laundry done, clean the cat litter, put away clothes, clean the house, eat lunch and various other things before Andrea gets out of school. Then we go pick up Andi and her school is doing some kind of festival thing. James has to close so it will be late before he gets home. Then we have to have dinner and then he wants to carve the pumpkin with Andi, I realize that this should have already been done but what can you do. Also, he bought something for Andi's computer and needs to install that if it gets here today. Let alone play with Aly. That's just today. Let alone Andi needs to do any homework that she has.

Then we get to Saturday. I have to grocery shop sometime this weekend. Still not sure when that is going to happen. James is going to the rally in DC with his friend Christa. While they do that, I'm taking the kids to a chili cook off. I think fun should be had by all. Still not sure of our plans on Saturday night. Then we get to Sunday....

Sunday is Halloween. I personally love Halloween, it is like in my top 3 of holidays. The day is going to be fun. The kids should have a good day. Several places are doing trick r treating early in the day and then actual trick or treating is from 6pm to 9pm. Can you believe that they get 3 hours to trick or treat. I know back home they are lucky to get 1 hour. If we really want to do some seriously crazy trick or treating we could go to Manassas Park and start at 5pm as their hours are from 5pm to 8pm. The nice thing is that elementary school kids do not have school the next day. Lucky little buggers get a 4-day weekend. (Election day) And somewhere in there we are supposed to have dinner. That might be a pizza night LOL. And I haven't event talked about what the kids are going to be for Halloween. Alyson is going to be a cheerleader. She has this really cute pink outfit that came with pom poms. And Andi is going to be a "Wicked Little Thing" Its from a movie with the same name. Technically, she is going to be a child that died in a mining accident that is kinda like a zombie. And we've already planned next year for Andi with a couple of different ideas. I really like making their outfits, so much cheaper and original. Well off to start my busy weekend, wish me luck. :)

I hope that everyone has a great Halloween weekend. Get in some horror movies and trick or treating and just have FUN :)
